Webinar Description:
Zika virus is an emerging disease that is attracting much media attention.  This webinar will provide you with information on the history and emergence of this virus and will discuss the current status of infected areas.  Participants will learn about the transmission and risks of Zika virus and the symptoms, testing and treatment of infections.  Finally, prevention strategies will be discussed, along with some policy guidance for institutions that may be working with Zika-positive specimens or specimens that originate from infected areas.
